1. Are they Roxtone power connectors?
Yes, they are Roxtone research and develop power connectors, we called XROSSLINK series, they are widely used multi-functional banquet hall, KTV, LED display, stage lighting and other engineering equipment connections, waterproof & dustproof, safe & reliable.

2. What are their features?

3. What are the rated current and voltage of them?
Rated current is 20A, rate voltage is 250V ac.
4. What’s the differences of them from your Powerlink series?
The Xrosslink has higher safety level. RAC3FWP and RAC3MWP can lock them together
as cable extention.
5. The plugs and sockets of Powerlink and Xrosslink can be mixed?
No, they can’t.
6. How to install them?
Their packaging includes operation and assembly instructions, which you can follow to install them easily.
7. How to connect the plugs and sockets?
They have reliable locking system. To connect, insert the plug into the socket, rotate the plug until its mark aligns with the mark on the socket, and hear a “ click” sound. To disconnect, align the mark on the plug with the mark on the socket press the locking button on the plug, and gently pull out the plug.
8. Is the plug rotatable inside the socket?
Yes, it is rotatable, which helps to adjust the direction of the plug and the socket connection.
9. Do you have TUV or VDE certification for them?
We only have CE and CQC certifications for them.
