Factory team

The existing housing area is about 14,000 square meters, and there are more than 130 employees, including more than 30 technology research and development personnel. In 2020, it was recognized by the government as a "national high-tech enterprise" and "Ningbo City Enterprise Process Technology" Central". Since the launch of ROXTONE's own brand in 2012, its products have been exported to many countries and regions in six continents and fifive countries.

Cable Production Line

It has an existing area of 3,600 square meters, has more than 40 sets of advanced automatic production equipment, and various supporting testing equipment, with a production capacity of 1.5 million.

Assembly Production Line

It has multiple high-effificiency assembly lines such as welding, assembly, injection molding, inspection, and packaging.

In order to realize the replacement of people by machines and improve effificiency and quality, the company has continuously invested heavily in building various automated assembly lines. At present, the monthly capacity of prefabricated lines is 300,000 pieces, and the monthly capacity of various connectors is up to 500,000 pieces.

Testing Laboratory

The company has more than 20 sets of high-end R&D and testing equipment. The main equipment includes FLUCK network analyzer, insulation withstand voltage tester, LC bridge, dual-channel oscilloscope, arbitrary function signal generator, flflexible cable hoisting force tester, bending Swing tester, bare metal wire elongation tester, bending test machine, etc., provide a strong guarantee for the company's product technology research and development and product quality improvement.
