1. Please introduce the differences of them?
All of them are the 6.3mm Mono Plug (1/4’’ TS), but with different design and appearance, cost differences, just choose the ones you are like and suitable for your application.
Be attention to RJ2PP-BK-NN, RJ2PP-RD-BG, RJ2RPP-BK-NN, RJ2RPP-RD-BG, they are suitable for cable diameter less than 7.0mm. And RJ2PX-NN, RJ2PX-BG, they are suitable for cable diameter less than 10.0mm.
2. What are the differences of 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 6.3mm jacks?
The difference is the size.
The obvious difference is the size. The numbers given refer to the diameter of the jack but the lengths of the connectors are also different. Certain applications have certain standard sizes.
3. What are the advantages of 6.3mm jack?
Compare with 3.5mm jack, it has the advantages as below:
Higer sound quality, due to the large jack size, it can provide better audio signal transmission quality especially in professional audio equipment and high-end headphones.
Higher Power Output, the 6.3mm jack can withstand higher power output, suitable for devices that require louder volume or higher power.
More Durable, due to their larger size, 6.3mm jacks are generally more robust and durable than 3.5mm jacks, suitable for frequent plugging and use.
4. How about their materials?
Basically, the housing, the contacts for all of them are same, zinc-alloy diecast and brass. The bushing are different from each design, with PA 30% GR, PA+TPE, or PVC.
5. How about their applications?
They can be used in large0scale stage performances, radio stations, commercial programs, theatrical performances and other occasions. They are compatible with equipment with electric pickups, such as electric basses, electric guitars, electric piano, drum kits, ect….
